West Lobby – Check-in, Tickets:
Event Entrance West Lobby:
- 10:00 – 4:00 – Attendees Check-in, Tickets– Event Entrance is marked and located at the west side lobby, through the double-doors. Present your tickets email receipt at the Kids Con Tickets Booth or purchase them at the show.
- Exhibitors Check-in Info & Assignments
- Programs, Swag Bags & Giveaways, while supplies last!
- Kids & Family Cosplay Contest Signup – Register at the Kids Con Booth in Lobby. Cosplay Contest is at 3:10pm in the Cumberland Ballroom.
- Scavenger Hunt & Art Contest Prizes – Pickup the program book with Scavenger Hunt & claim prizes at Kids Con Booth in Lobby.
East Lobby – Food, ATM:
ATM & Banking:
- ATM located in the East Hotel Lobby – Business Center: ATM, computer, printer, phone.
- Banks located within a mile: Bank of America, TD Bank, and Gorham Savings Bank.
Food:
Stepping out is no problem! Simply show your wristbands to re-enter the event!
Food & Restaurants Onsite:
- Doubletree Restaurant, East Lobby Snack Bar, Chipotle, Starbucks.
- Water Stations in west lobby and by the Cumberland Ballroom next to the Restaurant. Snacks, water and beverages available in the hotel east lobby.
Restaurants & Takeout within a mile or less:

Our event and venue facilities are easily accessible for physically challenged and wheelchair friendly, with lots of free onsite parking and handicap spots available by the event entrance. All event space and activities are located on the main first floor, easily accessible double doors leading directly into the event. Service dogs are welcomed. - Parking
Lots of free onsite parking and at surrounding business lots. Additional overflow parking across the street at the Maine Mall.
- Restrooms
Bathrooms are easily located near the entrance and are equipped with handicapped stalls. - Hand Sanitizing Stations
In Lobby, Workshops, Activity Areas and Restrooms.
Workshops and activities are included with admission. Programming & exhibitors are subject to change.
Tickets can be purchased online or at the door. Tickets are non-refundable, but can be transferred to friend or family if unable to attend.
