We’re celebrating our 11th year by bringing the fun back to the enchanting Sheraton Castle in Nashua, New Hampshire – a fairytale venue that’s perfect for kids and families! Join us for a magical day filled with creativity, connection, and community.

Sheraton, Nashua, NH Lodging: It looks like a castle! Low hotel rates with onsite restaurant and food concessions at the event. We are currently accepting registrations for artists and authors of comics, children’s & YA books, illustrators, game makers, crafters, and family-friendly vendors! Please fill out and submit the registration form below. All materials, products, displays and attire that you bring must be family-friendly appropriate.

You will be notified asap upon registration approval. Please check spam folder. Tables not guaranteed until payment is made within 30 days of Invoice.

Workshop supplies provided: whiteboards with easels, erasers, dry erase markers, pencils, colored pencils, crayons, white paper, construction paper, paper bags, paper plates, scissors, glue, tape, rulers. Let us know if you need other specific things. Food, lunch & drinks are also provided for presenters.

Would you like to be in our Scavenger Hunt? It's a fun, interactive activity that encourages children and families to explore the event, meet creators, and collect signatures. Participants follow clues, find items, and complete challenges, earning a prize upon completion at the Kids Con Booth.

Exhibitors agree not to sell, distribute, or display any adult/pornographic, non-family-friendly, or AI-generated works or content. CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS: PAYMENT POLICY: By returning this contract, Exhibitor understands and agrees to pay all listed fees on the Registration Form for the booth space requested. Sub-letting or sharing of exhibit space is NOT allowed without the express permission of Kids Con New England, LLC. In the case of more than one exhibitor sharing a space, the name of the exhibitor on the contract assumes all financial responsibility for that space. Kids Con New England, LLC must be notified, at the time of the reservation, of exhibitor’s intent to share space. You have within 30 days to submit payment upon receipt of table invoice, or your table may be forfeited and given to someone else. NO VIDEO SALES/BOOTLEGS: No bootleg material shall be sold at the Kids Con New England. ALL MATERIALS MUST BE FAMILY-FRIENDLY APPROPRIATE. NO ADULT CONTENT. NO AI GENERATED CONTENT: Exhibitors agree that they will not sell or distribute adult/pornographic and non family friendly materials. Teen themes and mild horror are acceptable, but no gratuitous blood, gore or gross violence, no nudity or adult content, no AI generated works. REFUND POLICY: Cancellations prior to 31 days prior to the show shall be entitled to a full refund. No refunds shall be granted within 30 days of the show.Tables cannot be carried over to future events. Tables can be transferred to another exhibitor only with the expressed written permission, full knowledge, and approval of the replacement exhibitor by Kids Con New England LLC and original exhibitor. NO HARASSMENT: Absolutely no harassment of any kind. Be respectful of everyone or risk permanent rejection from our shows and no refund. FORCE MAJEURE: By reserving space and signing the Exhibitor Request Form, you accept that neither Kids Con New England, LLC, nor any of its agents, employees, volunteers or members will be held responsible for damage, theft or loss of property left on the premises before, during or after the scheduled show hours. You further accept that neither Kids Con New England, LLC, nor its agents, employees, volunteers or members shall be held responsible for weather, fire, flood, any act of god or city, state or federal emergency which might close the convention center before, during or after show hours. You agree that you shall be responsible for any and all damages caused to any person or to the convention center due to negligence or misconduct of Exhibitor or its agents. Our security and staff reserve the right to refuse any costume accessory, prop, suspect weapon or person into the show at any time.
