Event Entrance Lobby:
- 10:00 – 4:00 – Check-in, Tickets & Merch Booth –
Enter the castle through the front entrance, then take a left in the lobby (follow signage), check in at the Kids Con Booth. Present your tickets email receipt, or purchase tickets at the show.
- Accessibility & Parking
Our event and venue facilities are easily accessible for physically challenged and wheelchair friendly, with lots of free onsite parking and handicap spots available by the event entrance. All event space and activities are located on the main first floor, easily accessible double doors leading directly into the event. Service dogs are welcomed. Additional overflow parking at surrounding lots.
- Restrooms
Located near the front main entrance in the left hall, as well as in the hall next to Artist Grand Ballroom & Restaurant, and are equipped with handicapped stalls. - Hand Sanitizing Stations
In Lobby, Workshops, Activity Areas and Restrooms.
Food & Drinks:
Stepping out is no problem! Simply show your wristband/badge to re-enter the event!
FOOD CONCESSIONS ON SITE:
- Onsite food concessions, drinks & snacks located in the front main lobby, as well as dining at the Tara House Grill next to Ashwood Court & Artist Grand Ballroom.
- Water stations located throughout the event. You’re welcome to bring your own water bottles to fill up. Other beverages also available for purchase in the lobby and restaurant.

Event passes can be purchased online or at the door. Kids under 5yr get in FREE!

Tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you can give your tickets to friends or family.
