Award Winning Authoress Sarah Woodard was born in a small town in Massachusetts. Growing up, she was always the “different one,” the one off doing her own thing. She felt compelled to do something big with her life from an early age. Eventually, she discovered her purpose: to create a world in which all beings are respected and honored. Through her words, Sarah encourages connection to self, soul, spirit, and the environment. She is a Reiki Master Teacher, Certified Shamanic practitioner, animal lover, vegan, cat mom, and has had her property listed as a Certified Wildlife Habitat through the National Wildlife Federation. When she’s not writing, Sarah enjoys spending time with her cats, knitting, and being in nature. A Vermont resident, Sarah takes pride in her vegan, eco-friendly lifestyle and encourages others to examine their impact on the planet.
