Rachel Roy is a Vermont teacher and author of children’s, YA and adult books. Rachel lives on a small hobby homestead, raising chickens and other animals, along with her four children and husband. Living rurally means that it’s not unusual to have deer, bears, foxes, mischievous chipmunks and any number of wildlife around. Rachel’s stories are inspired by her family and rural lifestyle.
