Kelsey Hails, also known as Magenta Fantasies Studios, is a professional graphic designer and illustrator. She has degrees in Graphic Design and Creative Writing from Susquehanna University. With her art, she strives to be original, fun, memorable, idealistic and sometimes zany. Her work is inspired by eclectic sources including literature, comics, animation and video games.

In recent years, she has branched out into game design to pursue a dream of combining her passions in illustration, writing and gaming to create art-focused, story-driven video games. Kelsey is the game designer, artist and animator of the video game, Outcasts of the Rift, available to play at Kids Con! Recruit and transform dozens of allies, fight SRPG battles, explore whimsical realms, and play seven branching storylines in a story-rich, thought-provoking saga!
