The Game Makers Guild is a network of game designers who focus on making games. Started in Boston, MA, the Game Makers Guild now has three locations:

• Boston, MA
• Philadelphia, PA
• Southeastern Idaho

Game Makers Guild designers get together 2-3 times monthly to focus on playing each others games. An additional workshop, once per month, is offered to discuss other relevant issues related to Board Game Making. Some past workshops have included:

• Working with Manufacturers
• Pitching to Publishers
• Finding and Hiring Artists
• Smart Playtesting
• Working with Reviewers
