New England’s favorite comic con for kids comes to Maine! Join us for Kids Con New England, Saturday November 16 from 10am to 5pm at the Doubletree Hilton in Portland, Maine.

As a child, what can be more exciting than meeting your superhero? Maybe learning how to draw that superhero from the person who created them in the first place. That’s one of many workshops featured at Kids Con New England; a comic con designed specifically for young fans and their families to inspire a dream for kids who want to meet their superhero; learn how to fight like one; learn how to draw one; or at the very least spark an interest in reading.

Special Guests include Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Artist Jim Lawson, Award Winning Graphic Novelist Liz Prince, Syndicated Cartoonist Tim Jones, Yoshi, Pikachu, Dr Who and the TARDIS and Santa! Kids Con 2016 was a blast! We had lots of awesome kid friendly artists, creators and vendors, Jedi training, sing-a-long with Anna and Elsa, face painting, superheroes and fun activities! We thank all of our vendors, guests, volunteers and of course the attendees!
