• Saturday Nov. 9, 2024, 10am-5pm, Doubletree, South Portland, ME

New England’s favorite comic con for kids & children’s book event! Inspiring creativity and learning through family-friendly comics, children’s literature, art, fun activities, workshops, gaming, and more! This is our 9th year. We hosts events in spring in NH and in ME in fall.

We are looking for kid and family-friendly artists, comic and children’s book creators, vendors, and game makers! Artists and Vendor 6ft tables are just $70, includes table with 2 chairs and 2 passes.  Game makers that demo just $40! If you are a Game Maker that would like to demo games & sell, please select “Game Demo Table” in the application.  6ft table registration includes two chairs, two passes, as well as website promotional profile page. Let us know if you are sharing a table with another artist/vendor, or if you have a special space/table request. Payment is due upon application approval. Youths under age 18 must be accompanied by an adult guardian. Want to share your table or group your tables with other artists? We would be happy to accommodate you! Just let us know in the form.

We want every artist and vendor to be as successful as possible, so by being focused on a kid and family friendly audience, we want to make sure you are a good fit and we review everyone before being accepted. Our target audience is children 4-12 with a strict policy of no adult themed materials on display. Think this is right up your alley? We would love to have you!  Because of our focus on indie small press creators, we have limited space for vendors who just sell just toys or mainstream collections. If you have any questions, ask us!

Exhibitor tables are refundable up until 30 days prior to show. Tables may be transferred to the next event, if we’re notified prior to the registered show and if space is available. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are not able to table at the event.

Need additional passes to the event? Passes can purchased online or at the event: adult or kid ages 5 & up: $15, military/senior: $12, kids under 5yrs old are FREE!

At our spring Concord, NH event, there’s onsite food concessions, short walking distance or drive to lots of restaurants. just half a mile from downtown and the Holiday Inn – Book hotel room for group rate of $144/nt plus tax.  More lodging within 2-4 miles: Hampton Inn, Comfort Inn, Hotel Concord, Residence Inn, Best Western Inn, Tru by Hilton, and Courtyard by Marriot.

At our fall South Portland, ME event, there’s onsite restaurant and food concessions, short walking distance or drive to lots of restaurants. *Book Hotel Room at our venue, Doubletree by Hilton, S. Portland, ME by Oct 13,  and tell them that you are attending Kids Con or use the code ‘KCN’ to get Discounted Room Rate: $129 plus tax per night, applies for dates Nov 8-10, 2024.
