Kelsey Hails, also known as Magenta Fantasies Art, is a professional graphic designer and illustrator. She has degrees in Graphic Design and Creative Writing at Susquehanna University and has extensively studied photography, fine art and art history. She strives for her art to be original, fun, memorable, idealistic and sometimes zany. Her art is inspired by eclectic sources including literature, comics, animation and video games. She is also an authoress; she has been published in literary magazines and has written several novels.

Kelsey is the game designer, artist and animator of the video game, Outcasts of the Rift, available to play at Kids Con! Recruit and transform dozens of allies, fight SRPG battles, explore whimsical realms, and play seven branching storylines in a story-rich, thought-provoking saga!
