Charles Brubaker  is a writer, cartoonist, storyboard artist and animator from Tennessee. He has done work for MAD Magazine, SpongeBob Comics, Andrews McMeel, and others! Charles is also a member of the National Cartoonists Society.

Originally from Japan and raised in a Japanese-American family, Charles Brubaker rose to prominence in the cartoon circle, first by assisting historians on animation books while he was still a teenager, then drawing cartoons for newspapers and books. In 2012, he graduated from the University of Tennessee at Martin with a BFA in Graphic Design. His comics are published in MAD Magazine and SpongeBob Comics, and is syndicated online with Universal Uclick for “Ask a Cat”. He has also created comics “A Witch Named Koko” and “The Fuzzy Princess”.
